Thanks, mom! The purple paint was tricky to work with in large areas. It was difficult to do an even wash and nearly impossible to lift the color once applied. I need to be careful to choose transparent colors for large areas.

This one is beautiful on your blog, but much more stunning in real life.
I agree it looks better in person. I took that photo at night. I need to retake the photo during daylight and see if that helps.
