My Caitlin Wilson Fleur3 pillow covers and Surya Archive coral rug from RugsUSA arrived yesterday–just in time for spring. I spent the morning cleaning so that my colorful new additions would look their best in the photos. The last photo is a shot of Steve interrupting my photography session. He managed to jump the baby gate and distract me from my work.

Hi afternoon artist, first I love, love the look of the rug and pillows. How does the rug feel on your feet? I’m thinking of buying the same rug for a nursery but have heard some of the Surya rugs can be a little rough.
Hi Molly. The rug is 100% wool, so it is a bit rough, but just a little. It’s also quite thin so I’d definitely use it with a pad so it will be cushy on a crawling baby.
